As Naked Doors is a supply only manufacturer, we don’t often get to see the finished kitchen of many of our projects. When customers do send in photos of their finished kitchens, we always get so excited to see our doors in situ. We love to see how our customers have used the doors within their own home, and we often get a lot of inspiration for future projects from this!

For this project, we worked with No.8 Projects- who are an interior design company based in Swansea. Their client already had Howdens carcasses in place and wanted new bespoke fronts to create their dream bespoke kitchen but without the rather large price tag that normally comes with a custom kitchen. We are able to create our doors and drawer fronts in any size, meaning you can take budget price carcasses, and add our fronts to create an incredible high end look. Our fronts give that enviable Naked Kitchens look but without the need to completely renovate your whole room.

Inchyra Blue by Farrow and Ball was the colour of choice for this beautiful kitchen. The entirely white room really helps to highlight the beautiful colour of these cabinets, and by using such an intense blue it allows the cabinetry to take centre stage within the room. As the ceilings are actually quite low within parts of the room, keeping the paint work white means that the room never feels dark and enclosed, but rather open and airy. The fronts all have a smooth finish, which shows off the paint colour phenomenally, and adds a beautiful modern touch to this kitchen renovation.

The arrangement of the cabinetry within this kitchen is perfect for a family that love to entertain and host guests. By having a beautiful island that is very thin in depth means there is still lots of prep room within this kitchen but still allows for an area to entertain guests and interact with the rest of the kitchen without ever feeling closed off.

Using a mixture of slab and shaker adds an interesting dimension to this kitchen, and really helps it to feel modern but not overly stark or plain. By keeping appliances sleek and finished in stainless steel, keeps all of the attention on the cabinetry and ensures that these beautiful chic fronts are always the main focus within the room. The colour combinations ensure there is enough warmth within the room to stop it from feeling too clinical or stark.

We absolutely love the cool, minimalist vibes that the room has, and yet it remains so inviting and perfect for family living. We love seeing what our customers have created and how they’ve used our fronts to create these beautiful kitchens!
